All in-game items (currency, characters, tokens, etc.) are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. Trading bot items for real money (RMT) is strictly not beyond our concern. You are on your own.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended loopholes for personal gain is strictly forbidden. Use of self-bots, macros, or automation scripts to play the game is prohibited. Violation will result in a data reset or a permanent ban.

You agree not to use the bot for malicious purposes, spamming, or harassment. User-provided content, such as custom bios or markers, must comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.

Refund requests for Ko-fi purchases are handled through our Support Server. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from Hoshii and a total loss of data.

The development team reserves the right to adjust character statistics, drop rates, currency values, and rarity tiers at any time to ensure the health and longevity of the game economy.

By using Hoshii, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

The bot uses assets from third-party services like Flaticon and official series art. Hoshii is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or the original creators of the featured series. Full attribution is available in the credits link.

We reserve the right to restrict or ban any user or server from the bot for violating these terms or engaging in behavior that disrupts the service for others.
